Check In/Check Out Procedures

We have tablets available at the main entrance for parents and caregivers to digitally check children in and out each day.
You will use your 5-digit parent code to identify who is picking up. Forgot your code? Ask the site member on staff or email the office.

CHECK IN

  1. Enter your ID number, and click ‘Next’.

  2. A list of your students will display.

  3. Select the students you are checking in, and click ‘Submit’.

CHECK OUT

  1. Enter your ID number, and click ‘Next’.

  2. A list of your students will display.

  3. Select the students you are checking in, and click ‘Submit’.

VIEW HISTORY

  1. Enter your ID number, and click ‘Next’.

  2. A list of your students will display.

  3. Find all check in/check out activity at the bottom of the screen.
