Admissions Process

We wish we could invite every child to be a part of the magical experience of Monica Ros, but being a small independent school means that we require an application process. Our aim is to foster a diverse and enriching learning environment for all our students, so our admissions process centers on connecting with students and families for whom we are the best fit. We can’t wait to meet you!

1) Inquire Today

The first step for more information, inquiring today will prompt our admissions office to contact you personally. This step is quick, easy and helps give us valuable information about your family.

2) Schedule a Campus Tour

Tours are usually scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays at 9:00am (though we will happily accommodate your schedule as needed.)

3) Submit Application

Once your family is ready to move forward, submit your applications through FACTS Management.  We accept them year-round and maintain a waiting pool for each classroom.

You may put your child’s name in the waiting pool at any time after birth by filling out an application form. Parents and caregivers of children currently enrolled are strongly encouraged to put siblings on the waitlist at the same time as classes fill up quickly. Because we are a small school, some upper grade classes may have openings solely based on attrition.

Tuition Assistance
Discounted tuition is given based on need of enrolled students and is awarded during the month of March for the following school year. Learn more about tuition assistance >
