Traditions at Monica Ros
At Monica Ros School, we look forward each year to a kaleidoscope of annual traditions that are designed to spark our students’ curiosity, imagination, and enthusiasm and enhance their academic learning.
A School Year Full of Magic
Our traditions teach, entertain, and foster friendships between younger and older students. Many of these traditions, such as Fiesta (an old fashioned carnival with games, horseback rides in the orchard, and an authentic Mexican feast) each September, Theme Week (a campus-wide transformation with interactive displays, educational games, and ‘edible activities’) in October, and Mad Hatter’s Tea Party (parent-hosted tea party tables full of happy mixed age groups of students) in the Spring, are brought to life with the help of generous and creative parents. We ask that you get involved with our dedicated teachers and staff, alumni, and a vast array of friends Monica Ros School has acquired over more than 75 years; it’s fun!
