Monica Ros School

Monica Ros said in her memoirs that it was important to “include children of various socio-economic environments” in her school.  To this end, she offered scholarships from the very beginning.  Monica Ros School is committed to continuing this tradition through the Scholarship Fund, which is supported largely by the annual Scholarship Luncheon as well as through additional donations. 

Several families that have participated in recent luncheons as donors have talked about how they received scholarship money when their children attended the School.  It was really a stretch for them in those days to pay tuition, but the scholarship they received made a big difference for their family.  Now that these families are in a position to support the Scholarship Fund, they feel that it is an honor to do so.  If you would like more information regarding the Scholarship Fund or the Scholarship Luncheon, please contact the office at (805) 646-8184.
