The Art Auction is the School’s biggest fundraiser of the year and a wonderful way for parents to become involved and make friendships with other parents. Each class creates a special project and these become prized live auction items, sometimes resulting in friendly bidding wars between parents! Faculty members donate special experiences, such as the famed Disneyland trip or a chance to horseback ride with the Director. Local artists contribute beautiful artwork, and businesses donate goods and services. Parents and friends of the School bid on the items during a lively auction evening complete with fine wine and delicious food. Parents who would like to get involved may be interested to know that the committees include: silent auction, fine arts, food and beverage, auction books, advertising, sponsorships, set-up and clean-up, class baskets, and class projects.
