Parents’ Club Chair Responsibilities
- Work with faculty to identify Room Parents
- Coordinate Class Baskets, Class Art Projects for Art Auction
- Schedule, publicize and facilitate 10 general Parent Club Meetings.
- Coordinate with Director to identify Chairpersons for annual events & fundraising:
- Fiesta
Fundraising Goal: $10,000 - Family Picnic
- Theme Week / support our Director
- Fall Book Fair
Fundraising Goal: $1,500 (teacher credits) - Holiday Caroling
- Art Auction
Fundraising Goal: $40,000 - Mad Hatter’s Tea Party
- Scholarship Luncheon
Fundraising Goal: $10,000 - Spring Book Fair
Fundraising Goal: $1,500 plus teacher credits - Third Grade Graduation Party
- Fiesta
- Support event chairs to recruit parent volunteers
- Formally thank all chairs/co-chairs and room parents
- Coordinate Appreciation Gifts for teachers, staff, special subject teachers
